Our founders spent the last combined 30 years working in the behavior analysis industry.  We spent so much of that time training staff members at various companies, teachers at many different schools, and leaders at organizations that we wanted to develop a software system that utilized the strengths of our science to enhance training for the trainer and the trainee.  We sat down and decided that.

Some basic info about who we are, what we have studied, how and why we got the company together

Our Vision

Our vision is to have training departments at every company around the world using behavior analysis.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide training products and services to the business community in an engaging, innovative and ethical manner.

Our Science

We use the science of behavior (a.k.a Behavior Analysis) to design our software to ensure low response efforts on the part of the user and combine that with maximum effectiveness. So if there is a way for us to have the users of our system execute an action in the software with 1 click instead of two or a couple of scrolls instead of many scrolls down the screen, that’s what we do. We also use behavior analysis to build in basic functioning into the system like objective creation and the process of utilizing behavioral skills raining (a fundamental technology in behavior analysis) to help trainers teach skills. We also have built basic tenets of precision teaching into the system such as pinpointing. Our systems prompts trainers to only use directly observable action verbs to create objectives throughout the instructional design process. These are just some of the ways that The Training Machine has leveraged behavior analytic technology to ensure a first-rate training experience for trainers, learners, and administrators.
